Lovely, open decor with bright color. Why only go for one, when you can create a unique atmosphere with two, like orange and green?
A lovely wooden reading corner. Notice the tree made out of paper/book bits.
What a spot to relax!
Continuing our wood/attic theme: I present you an attic-type bedroom. Typical slanted ceilings, yet there is a built-in nook with a sill and a balcony for those warm summer days where you want to stand outside without leaving the house. Toned down colors of beige/cream/grey make this ideal for those who like a simple, modern look.
Check out this wonder of architecture: geometric forms (half circle, especially) is visually making the room appear larger. You could use the created shelves for knickknacks and books. This would be a fantastic little nook for reading and relaxing. Don’t forget lots of throw pillows for color accent and comfort.
Don’t know what to do with dry branches in your yard? Paint that sucker and make it into a curtain rod, of course!
